2. Scope of Services

Mascourt Builders Limited provides professional engineering, surveying, planning, and construction management solutions. Specific deliverables, project schedules, material costs, and payment milestones are governed by formal individual contracts and service agreements executed between the Company and the Client.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure successful project execution and safety compliance, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely land, site, and structural specifications.
• Grant necessary physical site access for survey teams and field engineers.
• Obtain or assist in securing mandatory government land titles, approvals, and permits required by law.
• Adhere to agreed payment schedules outlined in the specific project contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All engineering designs, structural drawings, topographical maps, feasibility reports, and digital content produced by Mascourt Builders Limited remain the intellectual property of the Company until all contractual fees and financial obligations have been fully settled by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Mascourt Builders Limited exercises strict quality control, professional care, and engineering precision on all projects, the Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or structural damages caused by:

• Inaccurate or falsified site/land data provided by the client or third parties.
• Unforeseen natural disasters, extreme weather events, or acts of God (Force Majeure).
• Unauthorized structural alterations made by third parties without our written consent.

6. Payment & Cancellation

All invoices must be settled according to the milestone schedule detailed in your formal engagement agreement. Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of site operations or engineering consultancy. Cancellation terms are defined per individual contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any project contracts entered into with Mascourt Builders Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
